Range Chat – Practice Golf Anywhere, Anytime of Year

One of the biggest myths in golf is that you need perfect conditions to improve.

Perfect weather.

Perfect range.

Perfect amount of time.

If you wait for everything to line up, you’ll practise far less than you think.

Golf doesn’t really have an off-season.

You either stay connected to it — or you start again every year.

The good news?

You can practise golf almost anywhere, all year round.

Full swing practice doesn’t require full swings.

Half swings and slow reps build tempo, balance, and sequencing.

You don’t need to hit balls every session.

Rehearsing movement and brushing the ground consistently builds feel and control.

Short game is the easiest skill to practise anywhere.

Clean contact and simple chips can be worked on in a backyard, park, or garage.

Putting is always available.

Five focused minutes a few times a week adds up fast.

Mental practice matters too.

Visualising shots, holes, and decisions builds confidence and course management.

The real key isn’t perfect conditions — it’s consistency.

Final Word:

Golf rewards regular connection more than intensity.

Practise a little, often, wherever you can.
