We keep this simple. 

Because we sell used golf balls, all sales are final unless we’ve stuffed something up.

We’ll fix it if:

• You receive the wrong product, or 

• Your order arrives damaged

If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery with: 

​

• Your order number 

• A clear photo showing the issue 

​

If it’s on us, we’ll replace it or refund you. Easy.

We don’t offer returns or refunds for: 

​

• Change of mind 

• Ordering the wrong item or quantity 

• Performance or cosmetic expectations (used balls vary - that’s part of the deal)
